Founded in 1978 in Fengyuan, Taichung, Taiwan, Founder Aluminum Co., Ltd. has evolved from an aluminum alloy casting factory over the years, ultimately settling in the Lukang Changhua Coastal Industrial Park. For the past 40 years, Founder has been dedicated to developing aluminum material technology and related technology integration. Our primary products and services include:

In addition to being highly recognized for our design and innovation capabilities, Founder Aluminum believes that sustainable business operations require the possession and inheritance of our own design expertise and technological core. Therefore, we established our in-house brand, "fafa casa," in 2008. With the high recyclability of aluminum and our vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, which leverage our rich experience in aluminum product development and design, we are committed to designing and producing innovative, environmentally friendly, and minimalist lifestyle products.
Through "fafa casa," Founder Aluminum aims to convey a message to the world: "Preserve our own culture, cherish all resources, and strive for a sustainable coexistence with the environment."
Quality Assurance
Founder's aluminum casting products not only lead the Asian furniture industry in exports but also hold the distinction of being an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certified enterprise. We have implemented Industry 4.0 smart automation in our production processes, allowing us to transition to a cellular, batch-oriented, and efficient production mode for small, diverse products. This has resulted in improved material utilization, reduced defects, and greater product diversification. In terms of quality control, we have adopted the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System, FSC Forest Certification, and IKEA IWAY management systems, among others. Milestones in Founder Aluminum
1984
- Due to business needs, expanded to a new facility on Section 2, Tanfu Road in Tanzi Township, Taichung.
- Transitioned from sand casting to gravity casting and began the development and production of pulleys.
1986
- Started expanding into the export market, primarily through indirect trade, developing product-based markets.
1993
- Product development matured, with the mass production of barbecue grills and outdoor furniture. Transitioned from indirect trade to direct trade, with a focus on the Japanese market.
1998
- Established a second factory. Expanded business into European markets. Main products included indoor furniture, household hardware, and body fat scales.
- Started a long-term partnership with IKEA.
2000
- Achieved ISO 9001 certification.
2007
- Established the Lin Shi-Fang Social Welfare Charity Foundation, a private foundation in Taichung City.
2008
- Officially launched our own brand, "fafa casa."
2010
- Introduced company-wide Lean education and training programs and collaborated with Taichung Vocational High School on joint projects.
2011
- Introduced robotic automation in production.
2014
